Training & Transformations opened in 2014 and is located in beautiful Westlake Village, CA. The mission of Training & Transformations is to help and inspire women and young girls to achieve their fitness goals through knowledge of health, fitness and nutrition while maintaining a well-balanced life. Through this knowledge, we hope women will feel more empowered and confident in their bodies no matter their shape or size.
We always encourage women to look at more than the number on the scale. We challenge them to analyze their results by things such as their energy levels, how far they can run/walk, and their overall mood.
Training & Transformations promotes making health a lifestyle choice, not just a temporary solution by keeping fitness fun, motivating and realistic; all while using scientifically proven methods of exercise, nutrition, and positive lifestyle modification.
We offer Personal Training Sessions all week long at times that meet your busy schedule. We also offer 3 location options (Studio, In-Home, and Outdoor) to make getting to your training session a breeze. If you choose to train in a Studio we have one conveniently located in Westlake Village and West Hollywood; they both offer top of the line equipment, comfort and privacy.
Each training session is personalized to meet your individual goals and current fitness level. Most of our clients are striving to lower over all body fat and increase strength and tone. For this we incorporate Strength and Conditioning methods to help produce that strong lean physique whilst done in a HIIT style. It ensures a high calorie burn is achieved in less time, helps improve speed and endurance and recent studies have shown it can actually reduce abdominal fat. High Intensity Interval Training (or HIIT as it’s called) is a full body cardio workout and involves alternating short busts of super intense work with low intensity recovery ideal for beginners chasing a fast fat burning result.

ALICIA LIFTER – HEAD TRAINER
Was born & brought up in Denver, she now lives in beautiful West Simi Valley, California with her husband and son.
Alicia found her interest for fitness when in school but like many lost track of health and fitness during college. She began to rebuild her passion in health and fitness leading her to transform her own body. She since has completed events such as 10K run, Half-Marathon Run, Triathlon, Spartan Race and now is training to complete a Spartan Tri-Fecta in 2017.
She understands the challenges and obstacles that come with a full time career, being a mom and trying to stay healthy and fit. That is why Alicia is able to help her clients not only during their sessions but also guide them and give them REAL advice for balancing it all.
